The Pilates Core Inc. has expanded their Mat Class schedule. We are taking pilates mat to the next level! We offer mat classes including:
• Super Stretch Mat
• Reformer Mat Class
• Magic Circle Mat
• Spine Corrector Mat.
Mat class compliments your private pilates sessions and is a great way to get an extra pilates workout in. We use special pilates mats and our small class size offers personalized instruction. Our instructors address the needs of all clients and offer adjustments when necessary. All clients interested in mat class only must take our introductory program. There you will learn the movement concepts and special modifications if necessary.
